Selected personnel are engaged to form a site team, led by an experienced site manager, dedicated to that site. The site manager is trained in the role required by the site and supported by an experienced Rent a Gardener (Pty) Ltd divisional manager accountable to the Managing Director.

The sales and marketing team are experts with the ability, experience and advice in estimating and the production of manning levels to best suit site requirements, assessing floor finishes including optimal treatments for the care and maintenance of terrazzo, hard, vinyl and all other floor surfaces and amenities servicing to ensure optimal treatment of special bathroom areas and parent room facilities.

The team members or "feet on the street" of the company are invaluable and highly regarded.
