RETURNS POLICY At rentagardener.co.za, we sell all of our products with a Satisfaction Guarantee to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchases. We will gladly refund your money in full – minus original shipping costs – as long as the item has not been used and is returned in its original packaging. We hope it never comes to this, but if it ever does, please contact us and let us know why you were not happy with your purchase. If there was something we forgot to mention in our product description or if the product does not meet your expectations, we’d like to know! Items ‘not working’: Our products are covered by manufacturers’ warranties against breakage or damage caused as a result of “normal” use.
